There’s a war going on, 1L’s, and it’s time to hunker down.

November is upon us, and that means the battle for grades has already begun. Will your commercial outlines give you a tactical advantage, or are you just feeding the Study Aid Industrial Complex?

The intellectual arms race has escalated, and even though the casualty rate at Georgetown is low, students are scrambling to the library to secure the academic high ground. Coalitions of the willing are forming to swap outlines and gather intelligence from past exams. Are you maintaining your alliances 1L’s, or are you just going rogue?

And unfortunately, the conditions are only getting worse. Rations are running low (why is Safeway so far away?) and those saboteurs at Social Scene aren’t helping. Will you make it across the Battlefield Academia, or will the gunners mow you down?

Just remember 1L’s, law school is a war of attrition, you don’t have to conquer, you just have to endure.

And at least no one’s taking this conflict too seriously. It’s not like anyone’s brought a weapon to campus. Oh wait…
