Purported Animal Cruelty Video from China

The internet is an endless source of the unbelievable and disturbing. An Israeli animal rights group, Preserving the Rights of Animals (PTROA), posted this video showing animal cruelty, allegedly from China. The video shows cats and dogs being cooked and skinned — alive.
